Co-Founder & Managing Director

Ottilia Chido Mbire

Ottilia Chido Mbire brings a strong accounting and operations background to BizInception Holdings. With a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting from Midlands State University and practical finance experience at Colcom Foods and Tandesa International, she helps businesses build cleaner records, stronger compliance files and more organised systems.

Tanaka Nico Handina

Tanaka Nico Handina brings a strong finance, investment analysis and business advisory background to BizInception Holdings. He holds a BSc Honours Degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Zimbabwe and is currently pursuing a Master of Finance and Investment at the University of Zimbabwe. He also holds professional certificates in Investment Foundations from the CFA Institute, Corporate Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ), and ESG & Sustainability from ICAZ. Tanaka helps businesses structure ideas, clarify numbers and prepare credible funding-ready documents.
